Charlie Void is a South African independent pop artist, songwriter and producer whose career spans international radio, DJ syndication, curated playlists and chart activity. Since debuting in 2019, his music has generated documented support across more than 50 named radio, DJ, broadcast and music-curation entities, with the original Just Dance campaign alone reported across 40+ radio and online-radio outlets. In 2025, his independent return generated approximately 433,000 Spotify streams and reached listeners across 92 countries. In the same year, Downtown reached No. 55 on South Africa’s iTunes Electronic Songs Chart. Alongside his artist catalogue, Charlie Void works as a songwriter, composer and producer for other performers, developing incomplete lyrics or a creative brief into melody, composition and finished production. His strongest territory is synthesizer-led dance-pop, disco, electropop and diva-pop, with broader work spanning jazz, cabaret, musical theatre and commissioned amapiano. Credits, rights and commercial terms are agreed project by project.

Charlie works through semi-independent, project-by-project arrangements.
